Caspio Introduces Vault: Package, Archive, and Share Flex Apps Across Accounts

SUNNYVALE, California, April 14, 2026 – Caspio, the leading low-code application development platform for building secure, data-driven applications, today announced the launch of Vault, a built-in app packaging system for Flex applications. Vault lets users archive snapshots of their apps for restoration, duplicate them as separate instances, and send them to other Caspio accounts.

Key capabilities include:

  • Package apps: Capture a Flex app’s structure, tables, directories, app parameters, and descriptions into an installable package.
  • Archive app versions: Create a package before editing an app to preserve a clean snapshot that can be referenced or restored from later.
  • Duplicate apps: Package an existing application and install it as a separate instance; a fast way to spin up parallel environments or repurpose a proven app structure.
  • Send apps to other accounts: Deliver a package to multiple recipient Caspio accounts at once. Recipients are notified by email and in-platform alert, and can download and install on their own timeline. Senders can track how many times each package has been downloaded.

Vault is available now, accessible directly inside the Caspio account.
