Yes, really, no user limits. With Caspio, you can have unlimited users accessing your apps, whether they’re employees, customers or partners. There are no per-user fees, no hidden costs and no restrictions. You can scale your applications across your entire organization without worrying about costs growing with your user base. It’s a simple, predictable model designed for growth.

Note: If you use Caspio Directories to authenticate users in external apps, user limits apply, but the cost is a small fraction of comparable products.

Can I switch plans later if my needs change?

Definitely. You can upgrade anytime to unlock more features and resources. If your needs shift, you can also downgrade at the end of your term. Contact us to review your options and find the plan that fits your goals best.

Why can’t I select a lower-tier plan in my account?

Sometimes you may see that a smaller plan is unavailable. This usually happens when your account is using features, apps or extensions that are only supported on higher-tier plans. For example, you may have downloaded an app from the Caspio Marketplace or enabled an advanced feature that isn’t included in the plan you’re trying to select.

To move to a lower-tier plan, you’ll need to remove those features or apps first. If you’re not sure what’s preventing the switch, just reach out and our team will help you review your account and make any changes needed. We’re here to make sure you’re on the right plan for your needs.

Do I need to upgrade my plan if I need more resources like data records or DataPages?

Not necessarily. You can add more resources within your current plan, up to a certain limit. There’s no need to upgrade just to get a bit more capacity.

In most cases, your apps will continue running smoothly even if you go over your plan limits. Instead of restricting functionality, we apply modest excess usage fees, which will appear on your bill. You can manage your usage, add resources or review your plan details anytime under Plan and Billing in your account. And if you need help figuring out the best setup, our team is just a message away.

Does Caspio offer any discounts?

Yes. Caspio offers a 10% discount when you choose annual billing instead of paying month to month. We also provide a 10% discount to nonprofits, NGOs and businesses located in qualifying countries. See if you qualify.
