What to Pack for NO CODE 2018 Excursions

September 25, 2018

Remember the opening of Full House? The camera hovers over a spectacular shot of the Golden Gate Bridge before zooming-in on a couple of beautiful Victorian “Painted Ladies” on Postcard Row. Or how about the opening of Falcon Crest, where the sweeping vineyards of Napa Valley roll in from the distance?

Still haven’t booked your seat at the year’s biggest NO CODE event? Sign up here!

These are probably some of the iconic images that came to mind when you booked your ticket to NO CODE 2018. The conference is the year’s most exciting place to learn more about the no-code landscape, but it’s not all business at this exciting Silicon Valley event. You also have a choice of two spectacular excursions that will allow you to experience different aspects of Northern California: either the hip streets of San Francisco or the elegant vineyards of Napa Valley.

So now that you’ve packed your business cards and laptop, are you wondering what to pack for your Northern Californian experience this October? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered:

What to Pack for the San Francisco City Tour

The thing to remember about San Francisco is that the weather can change dramatically depending on what part of the city you’re in so it’s best to work in layers in your luggage. Make sure you have a good cotton base layer and some trousers or jeans. Bring a good sweater to go over it and finally a windbreaker as your top layer. We also recommend that you pack a scarf and a hat. It also goes without saying that you’ll need a good pair of walking shoes.

The idea is to remove layers as the weather changes. You’ll need a bag or backpack to transport your layers as you go up and down San Francisco’s lovely streets. You might also want to bring a small battery pack and, of course, a camera. Throw in a pair of sunglasses and you’re good to go!

What to Pack for the Napa Valley Wine Tour

The vineyards of Napa Valley don’t have the same weather differences of San Francisco, so you’ll be able to be more casual in what to pack. Bring a lightweight pair of trousers or even shorts, a nice sweater, comfortable shoes and a hat. Since you’ll be able to leave your gear on the bus, you don’t need a bulky bag.

If the theme of the San Francisco City Tour is movement, the theme of the Napa Valley Wine Tour is slowing down. A camera and a pair of sunglasses will help you relax and indulge in the best wine Northern California has to offer.

Whatever special excursion you choose, we’re certain that you’ll have an unforgettable time in the Bay Area. Only at NO CODE 2018 will you be able to learn new techniques, improve your organization’s processes, accelerate your career and take in the best of what Northern California has to offer.
