Last January, Servitalent, a Spanish company specializing in providing management capacity to companies through its talent services (executive search, interim management), launched a new technology-based company under the name Apptitudinal People & Technology. This new spin-off company, which is the result of an internal project initially offered to important clients of the parent company, specializes in the automation of people management processes using low-code technology.
For Apptitudinal, this partnership is the technological key to providing a high value-added service in the field of human resources consulting, with a very differentiated value proposition in the Spanish and Latin American markets, where the strategic plan of the new company is aimed at.
The origin of this partnership dates back to an agreement reached in 2015 between parent company Servitalent and Caspio to technologically support an already recognized interim manager certification project in Spain.

For Apptitudinal, the low-code solution provided by Caspio, as well as all its back-office services, allowed the development of a business model where the users (human resources specialists) do not need extensive knowledge of software development based on classic programming languages, but require only basic notions of web programming languages and database management — knowledge they gain after an initial training supervised and certified by the North American technology company.
