What is a DataPage?

DataPages are the various application interfaces that you create in Caspio and deploy to your application portal or website. Examples include web forms, reports, calendars, charts, and more. Some DataPages contain multiple screens, so a simple application may require no more than 3 to 5 DataPages. Our Solution Advisors can help you estimate how many DataPages you need.  Contact us to discuss your project.

What are “unlimited users”?

With every Caspio plan, you can have an unlimited number of people accessing your applications, such as employees, customers, members, partners, or the general public.

What will happen at the end of my trial?

We hope that you create and deploy your first application during your trial, or contact us for assistance. You can convert your trial account to a regular plan at any time. If you are not yet ready to sign up for a regular plan, you can choose our Free plan. Note that the Free plan lacks some features and resources compared to your trial account, which may affect your application functionality or require you to remove some resources in order to convert your trial to the Free plan.

How do I change my plan?

To change your plan, sign into your account and select “Account” from the top menu in Caspio Bridge, followed by “Change Plan”. Contact us if you need assistance.

Are there any setup fees?

Our standard plans are available month-to-month or with a discount with an annual term. There are no setup fees. Enterprise plans require an annual commitment.

Are there any discounts available?

Caspio offers a 10% discount to qualifying non-profit organizations, NGOs, and companies in qualifying countries. See if you qualify.

Also, if you choose to pay annually or longer, you can receive a significant discount off the base price of any plan:

  • 20% discount for one-year payment
  • 25% discount for two-year payment
  • 30% discount for three-year payment

All month-to-month plans can be changed to an annual plan by selecting “Account” from the top menu in Caspio Bridge, followed by “Change Plan”.

Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?

All month-to-month plans can be changed to a different plan by selecting “Account” from the top menu in Caspio Bridge, followed by “Change Plan”. To cancel your account, select “Account” from the top menu, followed by “Usage and Billing” and then “Cancel Account”. Customers with annual plans should contact their account manager to request changes to their plan.

What billing options are available?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards, as well as GSA SmartPay cards. For annual payments, we also accept checks, wire transfer, ACH transfer, and PayPal. Contact billing to arrange for non-credit card payments.

What happens if I exceed my account resources?

Free accounts that reach their monthly data transfer limits are paused until the beginning of their monthly cycle. The operation of paying accounts is never hampered. If you go over any resource, on-demand fees apply. You can also reserve additional resources at a discounted rate compared to on-demand fees. To reserve resources, select “Account” from the top menu, and then “Change Plan”. Learn more about resources.

Will my price change in the future?

Since the offering of Caspio over 15 years ago we have never raised prices for existing customers, and we plan to continue with this practice for as long as we can. Occasionally we replace our plans with new ones, however, our existing customers are provided the option to continue with their grandfathered plan, or choose one of the new plans if they prefer.

Can Caspio build my applications for me?

Yes, we offer Professional Services to help you design, build, modify, and integrate your applications to your exact specifications.

How do I get help and support?

Various levels of support, on-boarding and consultations are available depending on your plan. For example, some plans receive live support via chat, phone, email, and ticketing, plus hours of expert sessions for hands-on consultation and new customer onboarding.
