Custom File Names for Data Download

You can set up custom file names for data download on search results pages.

1. Open the Search and Report DataPage you wish to customize.

2. Proceed to the Search Results Options screen and click on the Advanced tab.

3. Check Enable users to download search results under Download Options.

4. Enter your desired Default file name. You can check Add date (yyyy-mm-dd) to include the date of the download in the file name.
