The Caspio Jumpstart Program encapsulates over 12 years of experience successfully onboarding new customers and quickly bringing new projects to life.
While Caspio is a "do-it-yourself" platform, like any new software program, a few hours of initial coaching and hand-holding can save new users a tremendous amount of time and energy as they get started. The goal of Jumpstart is to accelerate the development of your app, saving you both time and potential frustration when working with a new technology under tight deadlines.
Our Jumpstart Program is characterized by:
- Assigned Technical Account Manager (TAM) for the duration of Jumpstart
- Deep domain expertise to aid in project development
- Proactive coaching to improve database and app creation skills
Your assigned Technical Account Manager (TAM) works directly with you to help you plan, design, create, and deploy your app. The TAM will:
- Spend time to listen to your requirements and analyze your needs.
- Work with you to define a high-level roadmap for the project.
- Provide support, training and hands-on demonstrations to propel your development.
- Review your implementation for structural soundness, performance and security and offer improvements where necessary.
- Assist with the migration of any existing data in your Caspio account.
- Help with the development of your app (within the standard features of the Caspio platform) and launch preparation.
- Serve as your main point of contact for escalated support cases.
Our TAMs typically have years of technical support background. They have worked with many customers and helped launch hundreds of Caspio-powered apps. They know about the pitfalls and issues that can slow down a new customer. Working with our TAMs increases productivity and speeds the time-to-launch of your projects.
Pricing
We highly recommend Jumpstart to all new customers. The one-time fee for the program is $900 and includes up to 6 hours of Expert Sessions with your assigned TAM. Additional hours may be purchased at $150 per hour.
