Sales Development Associate
Are you a motivated and energetic self-starter with a passion for technology? Can you work within a dynamic team to prospect, qualify and develop new relationships with prospects and clients alike? If you are a strong telesales and/or sales support professional and can make 65 or more cold calls per day, we want to talk to you!
- Research prospects and targets using various tools to qualify them as potential Caspio clients.
- Mine and assemble target lists from internal and external databases.
- Contact prospects by phone, email and LiveChat to engage them to consider the Caspio Bridge solution for their business and schedule them for a solution consultation and/or demo.
- Comfort and Experience speaking with “C-Level” or Director-level contacts.
- Understand our value propositions and be able to communicate them effectively to prospects.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of Caspio's products and services.
- Use our CRM and maintain accurate records.
- Listen and document customer requirements and objectives.
- Follow up as required.
- Bachelors degree or four years relevant work experience.
- Technically savvy – completely comfortable with CRM, Outlook, Office Suite.
- Experience with database design, website design or software programming tools are highly useful qualifications, but not required.
- Prior cold calling experience with the ability to make 65+ calls a day.
- Fluent in web terminology.
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both oral and written, with attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude, possessing outstanding relationship-building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity.
- Smart, creative, enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
